« La femme qui était sur place pour gérer les réservations a été mal poli ,l’eau étant limitée à un bouteille par personne personnel dit qu’ont n’a pas le doit à avoir nos boissons pour acheter sur place à des prix pas raisonnable ,les invités ne peuvent pas voir notre chambre et la porte de salle de bain ne pouvait pas se fermer car elle était brisée. Il n’on pas changé le lit une fois des nôtres arrivée , le soir impossible d’avoir du service. »

Climatisation hors service un jour sur deux , l'eau de la douche coule par petit filet ,apres une douche la deuxieme personne a plus d'eau pour ce doucher , bcp de bruit dans le restaurant de l'hotel quand il y a des personne de lexteieur qui vienne a la piscine,ce n'est pas un hotel pour touriste, mais plus un hotel pour les couple d'une nuit . »

« We have stayed at Bel Fle twice now in the past year and will return again in the future! It's a nice little oasis out of the city and not far from the airport. We were there during protests and the staff apologized for what was happening in their country and made sure we felt safe. Breakfast is a buffet style which is included in your stay.
