We had an Amazon package (knee scooter) coming for my husband who just had surgery so that he could scoot around the Tacoma Dome for Mat Classic. She took a note about the package and texted when it arrived, then held it at the desk for us. This was super helpful to us as it was a busy weekend. She made the experience a happy one.
