"We stayed here for two nights while we took a day trip to Stromboli on the ferry. The room didn't have much to it, just some beds and a small desk, but we didn't need any more than that. The room had a lovely balcony, and was in a very convenient location for both food and access to the harbor."

"A good value place to stay. Handy for main areas, 15 mins from ferry. Good size room but the tiniest shower ever. Make sure you arrange a check in time in advance as there was no one there when I arrived and had to track owner down by phone before he eventually came and let me in."

"We spent one night only and it was the perfect location in the center of Vulcano, close to the shops, the port and the start of the trail to the crater. Our room was very clean and gave on the very cute porch of the hotel. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we had a nice chat with him. He recommended a couple of places for us to have dinner. We were not rushed to check-out after we came back from our morning hike the next day. A great place to stay, in my opinion."

"Plus: The hotel rooms are extremely tastefully decorated, in a simple mediterannean style. Great location, about 10 mn walk from/to Panarea center & port, and another 10 mn to the nice Zimmary (sandy) beach. "We stayed in a self contained apartment/Villa at the residence. The staff were extremely helpful and there was daily entertainment for our 6 year old. There was a theatrical play every evening, an on site restaurant, bar, tennis courts, Sauna etc. Perfect place to relax with the family. The private beach was clean but a bit stoney. There was free use of boats, surfs etc. There are excursions to the neighbouring islands. Highly recommended."

"This hotel was very basic and not thar clean. The room was worn and the shower was in very bad shape and subsequently felt dirty. We always wear flipflops in hotel rooms, so we got by. The setting of this hotel was very nice, though, right on a very quiet beach. The water was wonderful for swimming, crystal clear and warm. For the price, okay value, but do not expect too much in the way of comfort or cleanliness."
