"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Hemos estado prácticamente solo para dormir. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba súper caliente, incluso dejando la ventana abierta un ratito. "Super Empfang mit tollen Tips für die Umgebung.Zimmer mit Ausblick liegt zwar zur Straße hätte man aber gegen ein Zimmer nach hinten tauschen können. Frühstück war gut von Müsli bis Croissant alles dabei inkl frischem Orangensaft!Zimmer war tipptopp sauber. Das beste war die sauna, die brauchten wir in der Nebensaison nicht zu reservieren und konnten sie nutzen wann wir wollten! Einfaches aber sehr nettes Hotel. "
