"The apartment for 4 person is located in a building with no elevator, so we had to carry luggage up the staircase. Luckily, we were given 2nd floor unit. The apartment unit is spacious and clean. "Excellent all the way around! This is our 2nd time staying at DAIWA. We stayed at one in Aomori in 2019 and was very impressed! Love the breakfast great selection and unlike other hotels they didn’t cut back. We love the shower/bath combo set up especially! Rooms are good size. The only disappointment the washer and dryer was constantly BUSY! I managed to get one load done. It didn’t matter what time! I got done at 10pm. Other than that we highly recommend DAIWA, it’s worth it."

"The room was clean and just roomy enough for one person. The lack a of sink in the bathroom was a bit of a negative though. The spa was a big plus for me because I need to recover from the long drive from Hiroshima before climbing in the Northern Alps. The staff were very friendly! Great smiles!"
