Both days our son got off base passes to spend time with family, he invited 3 other soldiers to join him to come back to the cabin and enjoy some relaxation after a long 10 weeks. All of the soldiers took over the bunk room and rested, used phone time and played games for the whole time on both family day and graduation day. Everything was in great working condition. We stayed for three nights and had a great time celebrating my son's graduation from OSUT at Fort Leonard Wood. The property is a 20 minute from the FLW Visitor's Center, very easy access. Plenty of space to have a home cooked meal and lounge. Also a great fire pit. ##### Darlene B. This was the perfect place for our family while we attended my son’s basic training graduation. We have 6 children and my parents stayed with us as well as one of my son’s friends. The host thought of everything. Spices in the cabinets, a working grill, wood for the fire pit, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms, the beds were comfy, towels smelled amazing, plenty of space and bedding for everyone. It’s gorgeous, clean, and easy peasy to drive to and from the base. The host was so kind and helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend! ##### Heidi M. Being away on private property gave our solider the ability to put PJ’s on and relax. The house was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The absolute cleanest house we have ever stayed in. Lots of small amenities that made this house a home. Communication with the owner was great. Fire pit was nice. We had fun feeding the fish. I would highly recommend this home. ##### Jen B. Far enough from city life but still close enough to adventure out. Most of all, the host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. Her desire for people and family to enjoy this property as much as she does, really shows through her hospitality. Although we were only there for a few days to attend my niece’s graduation from basic training, this property is definitely worth renting again. Leonard Wood for our son's graduation. The location was perfect...just a 15 minute drive to the base, well within the allowed limits for Family Day. The house was extremely clean and the mattresses were very comfortable! Vanessa, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She provided recommendations of places to eat at. The house was well equipped for cooking. We used the grill both days we were there. I don't anticipate ever needing to go back to Ft. Leonard Wood, but should the need arise, I would most definitely stay at the Cozy Cabin again, because it was indeed cozy! ##### Danielle S.
