"La chambre était correcte, mais dès mon deuxième jour, l'eau du robinet était brunâtre et sale. On ne nous avait pas prévenus, et j'ai fini par avoir la diarrhée. Il n'y avait pas de serviette de toilette non plus, l'eau chaude se coupait sans arrêt et ils ne fournissaient qu'une petite quantité d'eau en bouteille ; j'étais donc obligée d'utiliser l'eau du robinet pour ma toilette. Je me suis sentie négligée et j'ai eu l'impression que mes besoins pendant mon séjour ne les préoccupaient pas."
