It was extremely hot in Lucern while we stayed and the room was really hot. They provided two fans but was not enough to cool it down at night. We stayed at the family room where it has A/C and to top it off there is a fan in the room which we used to circulate the air. Mind you, we were here in July - the middle of summer heat. Common complain I read is the noise of train passing by - but, the room seem to have been improved with double pane windows which helped reduced the noise..."
