Beautiful apartment house "Chalet Anita", 3 storeys. In the district of Wetzhalten, 2 km from the centre, 1 km from the skiing area. Narrow motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Single garage. Shop 2 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Zweisimen Bahnhof" 1.3 km, railway station "Zweisimmen" 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Nearby attractions: Gstaad, Glacier 3000\. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rinderberg - Skiwelt Gstaad, Sparenmoos Langlaufparadies. Hiking paths: Naturschutzgebiet Sparenmoos. Please note: no lift. Airfield close by.  
"Chalet Anita", 3-room apartment on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Bright, very modern and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony, west facing position, terrace, east facing position and north facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at the house, height 195 cm. Please note: no lift.
