The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful (provided ice for us, held our luggage, helped us with directions). Our only 1 concern was with the beds, which were very hard. I awoke each morning feeling a little sore. "

They set up a crib in our room, there was a mini fridge, the location was right next to the train to take us to the airport and the complimentary breakfast for one was great (our son was also free which was a big help). "Clean, modern room, except missing basic things expected like shampoo and body wash. Location is not the best as 20 minutes from train station and 30 minutes from old city. Sauna and fitness room very simple and in basement so did not use. Early check in would have costed an extra 30 chf although room was ready."
