Very clean hotel and room. Excellent receptionist. Great customer service, we came in earlier than checking time and they let us checked in due to the room is ready ( we really appreciated).

We checked in at 8:00 p.m. and have to stand in line for around 20 minutes. I don't understand the point of doing online checking if I then have to stand in line for a long time. The room was dirty. We have pictures of a dirty towel that was folded and put back in our room. The wall had spatters of something brown. The bathroom had a little brown spot that I cleaned off in one wipe. The bed sheets had hairs and other little particles. One coffee mug still had coffee stains and the other mug had water droplets. With the general state of our room I was not confident that our mugs were actually washed with soap. Not a good feeling to come into a room that feels like it hasn't been cleaned properly.

This hotel should be renamed. It’s nowhere near airport but there is a Radisson at the airport with a different name. Go figure. Staff admitted this a frequent complaint. Boon at your own risk.

I stayed at Radisson hotel Zurich Airport a couple of times now and it has always been a good experience. A very big Thank to the receptionist who checked me in and out Feb 19 - 20 - lovely lady. Keep that smile. My stay was good and I will definitely book a room there again when I am in Zurich.

Great hotel for a lot less money than the ‘at the airport’ properties. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is hard to get a hold of. From the hotel to the airport is easy (you reserve it and pay 8 Swiss Franks). The hotel itself is modern, clean and sufficient for business and family travelers.

Nice and comfortable stay
The bed was comfortable and room was clean. My only complaint is the soap pump. That needs to be replaced. It’s been a struggle to get the soap out. It either goes shooting across or no soap is coming out. Other than that, it was a good stay. The Rumlang train station across the red bridge gets you to downtown Zurich. There’s a McDonald next to the hotel. Subway,Migros and Aldi is across the street.

Nice place for what it is for. Close to the airport but not really close to much else. We chose it because it is close to the airport (we were just overnighting) and the hotel has a pretty good Italian restaurant.

The "Family Room" offered by Radisson was perfect- it had two king size beds in separate areas connected by a shower and WC. The location/ proximity to the airport made it easy for us to catch an early morning flight. The check in was easy and the staff was polite and welcoming.

Room key is absolutely necessary.
With check-in not until 16:00, we were allowed to leave our baggage at the lobby desk while we explored Zurich. The security in the hotel seemed overkill. We thought that all the lights in our room didn't work; no one at the desk had informed us that our room key was required for the lights to work. I got trapped in the stairway, not understanding that a room key was needed to escape.

I read some past reviews that weren’t too great, don’t know how that can be. I found everywhere excellent from check in to room to cleanliness to staff and getting us all set up w shuttle for our flight the next day. Could not have been better.
