It was clean and safe. Getting the keys and checking in was easy. The manager came by and checked on us to make sure we were OK. There is a some street noise because you are right in the center of town which is to be expected. We would stay there again. ##### John M. Called several times as did VRBO staff with no response. After 1 hour got a written response which was terrible. Finally got in but fou d that the upgrade was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Undisclosed when we booked, I am 70 and my wife has heart issues. TV didn't work and there were no instructions as to trash or laundry.
