We had such a lovely stay at Swiss Night by Fassbind! The rooms were a great size, very comfy with lots of amenities. It was also a great location, very easy to walk to most places, and with trams and buses around the corner. Would highly recommend and happily stay again!! Thank you for a wonderful time :)

Such a cute property with a lovely room! In a great location close to everything but far enough out where it feels quiet!The only thing that I would have changed is that they don't start vacuuming the hallway right at 8:00 am in the morning happened both of the mornings we were there.

Unique property. Loved the design elements. Front desk was ok. The hotel is nicely situated, train is easily accessible and room was clean. One downside was the size of the rooms and the elevator was the smallest I have ever seen.

Can't leave at nighttime
The area was nice and close to a lot of transportation. There really is no parking, and to park there it's 25CHF a night. The only major issue I had was at night, the front door was locked. It was only about 9/10pm, and I needed to go out to my car and the door was locked from the inside and outside. No one at the front desk, there was a number to call. I ended up finding a back door where I had to walk around the hotel to the front. It was super dark walking around the back and needed a flashlight to be able to walk. I don't know why the door would not be able to be opened from the inside. Fire hazard. You can use your key to get in the front entrance, you just can't leave lol.

The room was very clean an the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious! Our only issue is that we checked out at 6am and were unable to get out the front door. Thankfully the cook was there and let us out through the back.

Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to Old town Zurich
We stayed 2 nights over the New Year at this cute boutique hotel on a quiet, residential street, but within easy walking distance of the old city of Zurich, and Lake Zurich. We drove down but parked our car (25 per night) and didn't move it again until checking out. The location was perfect, a 10 min walk from the opera house where we saw a performance our first night, and 10-20 min from the heart of Zurich's old city, depending where you're going, for tourist activities, sightseeing, or enjoying the New Year's Eve festivities all around town. Luckily the rooms have very sound-proof windows, so our dog was fine on NYE, even with all the scary fireworks going on outside! The hotel is modern yet traditional, with a fun Swiss cow theme throughout. Check-in & out was smooth, and the front desk staff were all helpful and nice. We didn't have cleaning service for our short stay but the maid did offer us fresh towels and toiletries if we needed. There is a small but decently-equipped fitness center, with a treadmill, recumbent bike, some free weights (though several were missing their size mate) and an all-in-one weight machine. The only negative we experienced was the shower head, which wouldn't fit properly in its holder because of its weight, so you had to hold it during the whole shower. Super annoying, but I don't know if that was just our room or bad design overall.

In a favourite, quiet neighbourhood right down the road from the Kunsthaus and walkable to everything. Nice staff, views of lovely buildings, fun décor (not quite perfect—bright unflattering lighting in the bathroom, must be eco-friendly). And a bowl of chocolates at the front desk...

Great location very clean.
Great location. Very clean. Beds a little hard great down comforter. Could have nicer fluffy towels. Somewhat noisy. We stayed 9 night's and heard people above us at all hours a few nights. I unplugged the room phone after getting 3 calls in the middle of the night. Good breakfast with nice hot and cold selection.
