If you want to be surrounded by colorful Mediterranean vegetation, warm hospitality, and at the same time be able to visit Dubrovnik, Cavtat, and other interesting neighboring destinations, Villa Platanus is the right choice for you.  
  
This private villa with a sea view is only 8 km away from Dubrovnik Old Town and 10 km from the airport, tucked away in the hills with stunning views across the village of Mlini, the Adriatic Sea, and the mountains, making it a unique resort for a perfect getaway.  
  
Accommodation - Family-Friendly Villa with Private Pool  
  
This beautifully decorated rustic traditional family villa is spread across 130 square meters of residence space and 300 square meters of outdoor relaxing area for your private use only. The residence area is spacious and well-equipped, accommodating up to 6 persons.  
  
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with a bathroom (with a washing machine). On the same floor, there is Bedroom 1 (with an en-suite bathroom).  
  
Bedroom 1 (ground floor) – 1 King bed  
  
Fully equipped kitchen (big fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, cutlery)  
  
On the first floor, a large comfortable living room is situated with a flat-screen smart TV (with a satellite receiver) and a DVD player, from where an outdoor covered dining area (gloriette terrace) can be accessed.  
  
Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the top second floor:  
  
Bedroom 2 – Double bed (balcony with a spectacular sea view)  
  
Bedroom 3 – Two single beds that can be separated at your convenience  
  
Air conditioner in the living/dining room and in each bedroom  
  
Outdoor Area - Mediterranean Villa with Modern Amenities  
  
The outdoor relaxing space is a delightful, private, cozy, and spacious area for your thorough enjoyment! It consists of a large gloriette terrace accompanied by a big wood barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.  
  
Outdoor shower is also at your disposal  
  
A peak enjoyment and relaxation area is a 26-square-meter private pool with a small waterfall and a massage bench  
  
Plenty of sunbeds and parasols are provided, surrounded by colorful Mediterranean vegetation

A vehicle is recommended for guests with small children or those with walking difficulties, as the villa is located uphill. However, there are also plenty of low-cost Uber options available.
