Located in the Dubrovnik area on the Dalmatian coast, Villa Zlata is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The villa is conveniently located 500m from the pebble beaches of Mlini and Srebreno, 200m from the nearest restaurant and 1 km from shops. Cavtat (8 km) with its attractive seafront promenade is close by, as is the magical old town of Dubrovnik (10 km) with its buzzing bars and café culture.

Villa Zlata (210 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

The villa consists of an open plan living/dining room (with sofas, TV, and table seating 6 people) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers) and one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined to form a double) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). There is also a fitness room on the ground floor (with gym equipment) and a jacuzzi hot tub on the first-floor balcony.

Outside, the villa features a swimming pool (7m x 6m; depth 1.5m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), a shady outdoor dining area (with table and chairs seating 6 people) and a barbecue.
