We had an amazing stay - zero complaints! The location is perfect, right in old town yet the room was super quiet. The roller shutters made the room absolutely pitch black and quiet. The room and bathroom were clean. Areas to hang clothes and store things - for such a small space it never felt it. Great to have a little balcony for fresh air and to hang wet bathers etc. Staff were super friendly and helpful, while also giving us our space. Highly recommend, we'll be staying again next time!

Absolutely fantastic location, clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and recommended some great pintxo spots. We stayed here 12 years ago when it first opened and came back this year with our kids, knowing that it would be a great place to stay with them.

Nice clean and quiet Pensione in Old Town. The place is basic but suits the need quite well. The host was charming and helpful for the local area

In heart of the city where all activity is located
Excellent accommodations and in the heart of all activity. Only drawback was the street noise until late at night but this only happened on the weekend; otherwise tolerable. Very clean room and host provided many tips for great restaurants. Would stay here again if on vacation to San Sebastian.

The man in charge was extremely helpful, with a host of useful restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect, in the heart of the old town.

Everything was great , we arrived late and had to wake our host but he was very good and helpful.Couldnt be closer to everything , we even walked the 2 KS to the train station . We walked everywhere within 5 mins .

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for enjoying the old city. It is close to almost everything. You can walk everywhere you need to go.

Caring Staff
A compact pensión in the heart of the old town. Staff were excellent with advice freely given. When I was unlucky enough to become ill on the evening before our departure they diverted the next guests to another room and allowed me to stay in bed until I had to leave to catch my flight in the evening.

El lugar excepcional ,en puro centro...La habitación moderna peto pequeña para nuestro gusto . .No hay limpieza de habitaciones, luego deben de modificar lo que incluye...Ibon un encanto y servicial para lo que quisiéramos ...Creíamos que la pensión tenía terraza comunitaria en la azotea pero no es así , es otro apartamento alquilado, en la web sale confuso , y creíamos lo contrario..La esperiencia positiva en general..sabiendo que San Sebastián es caro en general...

チェックインの時に人が居なかったのでどういうシステムなのかわからず少し困惑しましたがフロントをよく観察すれば必要なものは揃っています。 寝具も部屋も清潔で気持ちよかったですし、ウォーターサーバーもフロントにあるのでお水もお湯もあり便利でしたし、Wi-Fiの電波もよかったです。 欲を言えば、もうワンセットフェイスタオルが欲しかった(笑) あとエアコンを付けるとルームフレグランスのようなバニラ系の香りが強く香るのでそれに少し酔ってしまったくらい。 立地と快適さはほぼ満点でした。 ありがとうございました。

Men noemt zich pension, dus mogen er geen hotel maatstaven aan de service worden gesteld. De entree op de 2 e etage is funktioneel, maar klein en opgesloten en heeft een hoog doe-het-zelf gehalte. De kamer is prima! Evenals de ligging van het pension midden in het aantrekkelijkste stadsdeel. Al met al heel tevreden, maar de prijs aan de hoge kant.

バル巡りに最適な立地
清潔感のあるお部屋でとても快適に過ごせました。旧市街の中にあるので、周辺に有名店が多く、バル巡りにも最適だと思います。サイトの写真と自分の部屋の構造に食い違いがあったので、写真がどの部屋のものかを明記した方が親切なのではないでしょうか。

Excelente ubicación a un paso de todo.La calidez de los propuetarios(Ibon y Mayte),están pendientes de todo y te hacen sentir casi como en casa.Habitacion amplia con una cama súper cómoda y la limpieza espectacular,definitivamente un sitio para volver una y otra vez.
