This proposal was particularly inappropriate given that we are currently observing Ramadan, and the breakfast offered therefore had no value for us. After making a long trip specifically to stay at this hotel, being placed in such a situation is extremely disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism in the management of confirmed reservations."
