Fium del Cavu is a charming resort nestled in the district of Olmucciu, France, just 8 km from Pinarellu. It boasts 25 houses within the residence, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The property is well-equipped with amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, and a tennis court nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable vacation rental or holiday rental experience.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the beauty of Fium del Cavu's outdoor spaces. The resort features a stunning terraced garden adorned with lush plants and trees, as well as a serene meadow. Unwind by the fenced swimming pool, measuring 16 x 8 meters, available seasonally from May 14th to October 28th. Refresh yourself with the outdoor shower and soak in the warm sun on the terrace.  
  
Other Information  
Within the complex, you'll find a reception area, a restaurant, a bar, WiFi access, and a billiard table for your entertainment. Parking is conveniently available on the premises. While a car is recommended for exploring the surroundings, you can find a shop within 5 km and a supermarket within 16 km for your convenience.

Fium del Cavu is ideally situated, offering easy access to various attractions. The sandy beach "Plage de l'Ovu Santu" is just 500 meters away, while a tennis court is within a 250-meter walking distance. The resort is 16 km from the center of Porto Vecchio and 131 km from the center of Bastia, allowing you to explore the nearby towns and cities. Additionally, it is conveniently located 500 meters from a river, providing opportunities for serene walks and outdoor activities.

Unit Layout  
The Fium del Cavu vacation property is a 3-room bungalow with a total area of 50 square meters. It features a practical living/sleeping room with a dining table and a fan. There are two separate rooms, each equipped with a single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. Additionally, there is a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long.  
  
Amenities Included  
The bungalow comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with four gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Air conditioning is available to ensure your comfort during your stay. The bungalow also features a shower and a separate toilet. For your convenience, electric heating and air conditioning are provided.  
  
Other Information  
You can enjoy the beautiful views of the garden, countryside, and ocean from the terrace, which is furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and two deck chairs. The property offers reserved parking for one car, ensuring you have a dedicated space for your vehicle. Please note that this is a non-smoking vacation rental, and a smoke alarm is installed for your safety. The laundry service includes the provision of bed linen and towels, allowing you to travel light during your vacation.
