Zona Industrial Vacation Packages

The hotel is conveniently located, we were put in the building across the street from the main hotel. It’s definitely older and it does not look like the pictures in the ad at all, with that being said it was as clean as it could be considering it was older. We did have a couple friendly cockroaches that we had to relocate. The bed was comfortable in the bed was freshly laundered, and the staff was very accommodating. I am curious to see what the rooms look like on the actual hotel side. I would stay there again.

Check-in was smooth, but unfortunately, the stay was terrible. The room was not clean at all. The sheets had stains and smelled like sweat, the cover sheet was uncomfortable, the towels looked dirty and discolored, and the counters were not clean. I also found a dead bug and what appeared to be a used napkin or piece of trash stuck between the bed. The water was yellow/brackish, which made me uncomfortable showering, brushing my teeth, or using it. When I reported it, the receptionist initially told me it was normal and blamed Mexico’s water or the lighting. They eventually changed my room, but the second room had the same cleanliness issues. My key card also repeatedly stopped working throughout my three-day stay. One time, I returned from an appointment and couldn't even enter the building until another guest let me in. If this had happened at night, I could have been stranded outside. Overall, the poor cleanliness, water quality, unpleasant bedding, and repeated key-card issues made this a very stressful and unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property.
