It even has a small kitchenette. The appliances seem a little old, but everything works great. I love the pool area, the small roads that take us to the pool full of tropical plants. It has about 4 pools and I specially like the infinity one in front of the ocean. The food is delicious. The buffet was awesome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and all of them have ocean view. I am planning to stay again. The service was good. The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't make a local phone call from my room because I needed to leave a deposit. I was already in bed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I recommend this hotel.
Hotel Staff was very polite. Facilities are old, but clean. Descent if you are not planning to stay all day inside your room. The food (buffet) was good with many options to choose from. Good hotel if traveling with family. Maybe not a good option if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.
Hotel was very crowed at the time of my visit and therefore waiting time to use the elevator was long. Beach chairs are placed very close from each other.
Overall the hotel was good and in a great location near restaurants, bars, clubs and even the mall. The hotel staff was rude but there were about 2 waiters I encountered but forgot their names that were attentive and helpful. False advertisement in terms of the hotel having wi-if!!!!! I talked to the hotel staff in the lobby and they kept giving me the run around regarding why there was no access to wi-fi up in my hotel room. They were very rude! You only get access to the wi-fi in the lobby which was slow and sometimes wouldn't allow one to log on. One thing I would suggest is security in the pool area as well as rules for the children. So many children and parents were rude in terms of pool etiquette. Parents felt it was ok for their children to splash water in people's faces and the excuse was that they were teaching them to swim. I respect that but at the same time be courteous to other people and respect their space after all we are all hotel guests looking to relax and have a good time. The hotel can use some remodeling.
The Golden Zone, (Zona Dorada), is Acapulco’s chief resort and party area. Here, high-rise towers provide panoramic views of the c-shaped Acapulco Bay. A stroll along La Costera (Alemán Boulevard) reveals an adult playground of bars and nightclubs. Condesa Beach reigns supreme as the trendiest hangout for singles. CICI water park is a popular attraction, as is the Convention Center.
