"El Carmen was centrally located and the staff were very helpful and responsive (in person and via WhatsApp) which enabled a smooth check-in/check-out and arranging a transfer to the airport. Our stay came with a free breakfast which was really convenient. The property and room were clean, air conditioned (with an in room mini-split), renovated, and had filtered water available. The standard king size room was small but perfect for my 1 night stay."
