Unfortunately when we arrived the driveway was not plowed, good thing we had 4-wd. The steps and deck were buried in snow and ice caused from melting snow from the roof. There was no shovel available and we had to purchase salt in an attempt to make the deck more accessible. The hot tub was located directly below a line of icicles which made it challenging to enjoy. We understood that the weather was not exactly typical, but felt more effort could have been made to clear the steps and deck properly, especially the ice.
