### Secluded vacation house surrounded by nature

Unwind at this secluded vacation house on the outskirts of a small village. Enjoy the forest and meadow view from the pool and extensive garden. The house is located in the heart of Istria, with only 30min drive to the beautiful beaches on either side of the peninsula. Although shops, restaurants and the motorway are 5-10 min away, the area is peaceful and secluded.  
  
The house:  
The large property is surrounded by forest & meadows, offering complete privacy and relaxation. The house has 2 floors, your accommodation is the entire top floor (no staircase/access from below). Due to a sloped landscape (hillside), you have direct access to the outdoor area, swimming pool and playground.  
  
A large terrace is located at the front of the house, with outdoor seating and dining area, perfect for spending warm summer nights gazing at the stars. If you’re an early riser, enjoy the sunrise over the pool and forest while having a delicious cup of tea or coffee.  
  
The kitchen, dining and living room provide all the comforts and amenities of a home. A high chair and plastic cutlery is provided for the little ones. A desk in the corner serves as a workspace area if needed. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and basic toiletries. Brushing your teeth in the morning is accompanied by a stunning view of the forest in the distance.  
  
Sleeping:  
In the master bedroom you will find a big, comfortable bed (160x200 cm), spacious wardrobe, blackout curtains and a beautiful view of the meadows to the west.  
The second bedroom features a bunk bed, a closet, blackout curtains and a view of the forest and meadows to the north. A pull-out sofa in the living room provides 140x200cm bed suitable for 2 people.  
  
Relaxing:  
There are several spaces in the extensive outdoor area:  
\- a big swimming pool (32m2, depth 1.5m, unheated), solar shower, sun umbrella, plenty of natural shade and comfortable sun loungers to spend all your lazy afternoons  
\- outdoor grill with dining area (wood is provided)  
\- the entire back garden is a meadow with lots of space for playing football, volleyball, running around and relaxing under oak trees  
  
Exploring:  
With central location in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, you can reach either coast (west, east, south) in about 25-30 min from the house. If you want to explore farther, the motorway is just 10min drive.

Owners:  
Hi, we are a young couple working remotely. We live on the bottom floor of the house and tend to keep to ourselves. There are no shared spaces (both indoor and outdoor). Furthermore, our floor is facing west only, while your floor has a 360 view of the entire property. The swimming pool and the playground is located to the south and east so there are no privacy issues.  
  
We value both your privacy and ours.

It was satisfing stay. We were suprised for the giftes we were given at the end of the stay. We were also allowed to use fresh veggies from the owners field - really nice :)Some small things to be improved, like window nets - we were fighting with the moskitos during the nights, not to be eaten alive.All in all - all good. Fully recommended from our family.

#### Einer der schönsten Urlaube in Kroatien!!

Die Anreise war unproblematisch und verlief absolut reibungslos. Dank der hervorragenden Kommunikation im Vorfeld und dem vorab gemailten Google Link haben wir das wunderschön gelegene Anwesen schnell erreicht. Nachdem wir vor der vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns, in dem nicht weit entfernten und sehr gut sortieren, Plodine noch mit den ersten Lebensmitteln eindecken. Auch wenn die Bildergalerie schon sehr viel verriet - es ist in Wahrheit noch schöner! Die Ausstattung in dem sehr soliden und sauberen Ferienhaus sucht seines Gleichen. Von Kinderspielzeug, Gesellschaftsspiele bis hin zu Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs war alles vorhanden! Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das ausgezeichnete Gemüse von Anja. Die Außenanlage war nicht nur am Tag ein echtes Highlight. Tagsüber konnten wir den sensationellen Pool genießen, abends den Grill und nachts die absolute Dunkelheit. Der Pool und die Anlage waren immer in einem Top-Zustand. Nachdem das Ferienhaus etwas auf einer Anhöhe liegt, kamen uns die Temperaturen auch nicht so heiß vor und so ließ es sich auch in der Mittagssonne sehr gut aushalten! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut isoliert und so kam die Klimaanlage nur stunden weise zum Einsatz! Anja und Zdenko waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Sie standen stets für Fragen zur Verfügung hielten sich aber sonst sehr im Hintergrund. So wurde ihre und unsere Privatsphäre gewahrt. Die Verständigung hat in englischer Sprache gut funktioniert.

#### Sommer 23 in Istrien

Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war in einem perfekten Zustand. Alles war sehr sauber und durchdacht. Anders als in anderen Ferienhäusern waren Artikel für den täglichen Gebrauch wie Toilettenpapier und Seife etc. für den gesamten Aufenthalt ausreichend vorhanden. Der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Auch der Garten und der Pool waren absolut sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits. Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, kommt man aber an alle Ziele in Istrien in unter einer Stunde. Anja und ihr Freund waren sehr zurückhaltend aber stets bemüht zu helfen. Zwischendurch gab es immer etwas frisch geerntetes Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Das war unheimlich aufmerksam. Alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Haus wird mit viel Einsatz immer weiter aufgewertet.

#### Ein Traum im Herzen Istriens

Das war unser 1\. Urlaub in Kroatien und direkt ein Volltreffer. Lage: Wie beschrieben liegt das Haus etwas Außerhalb. Selbst das Navi wusste nicht wohin es will. Aber über Google Maps kommt man ans Ziel. ( den Tipp gibt Anja aber vorher;)) Man braucht halt für alles ein Auto aber innerhalb von 10-15 min kann man einkaufen (großer Plodine Markt und mehrere kleine landesübliche Konsums) und essen gehen. Strände und Küstenstädte in allen Himmelsrichtungen sind in 30-45 min erreichbar. Wunderbar um Istrien zu erkunden. Haus und Garten: Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut. In jedem Raum ist in den Schränken genug Platz um seinen Kram zu verstauen. Duschgel, Shampoo, Spüli, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter und vieles mehr sind schon vorhanden. Es ist in der Küche auch alles vorhanden was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Das erweiterte Wohnzimmer (überdachte Terrasse) ist auch ein Traum. Durch das Schiebefenster zur Ostseite kann man entweder für etwas Durchzug auf der Terrasse sorgen oder wenn es mal was kühler windet sitzt man schön geschützt. Der Pool ist immer sehr gepflegt und die Liegen super bequem. Der Pool liegt fast den ganzen Tag in der Sonne aber durch die Bäume kann man mit den Liegen wahlweise im Schatten oder der Sonne faulenzen. Anja und ihr Mann: Absolut herzliches und bemühtes Pärchen. Haben uns mit Eis, Bier, Wein und frischen Gemüse aus dem Garten überrascht. Waren die kompletten 2 Wochen sehr diskret und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Anja hat uns aller paar Tage frisches Gemüse gebracht und die Kinder haben sich noch einige Pflaumen gepflückt. Die 2 sprechen gut Englisch und wenn mir mal die Vokabeln gefehlt haben ging auch mit Händen und Füßen;) Zum Abschied gab es auch noch ein Geschenk was es nicht einfacher machte wieder nach Hause fahren zu müssen. Wir werden diesen Urlaub nie vergessen. Danke nochmal das wir eure Gäste sein durften.

#### Einfach nur großartig

Schon vor unserem Urlaub war die Kommunikation sehr nett und steigerte die Vorfreude. Wir kannten Istrien bereits und waren zuvor stets näher an der Küste. Diesmal haben wir uns bewusst für dieses wundervolle Haus im Landesinneren entschieden. Der Check-In war sehr herzlich und Anja begrüßte uns am frühen Abend. Der Pool lud direkt zu einer Erfrischung ein. Erfrischungen in Form von gekühltem Wasser, einer Flasche Wein und zwei Bier gab es auch :) Im Haus gab es alles was das Herz begehrt. Küche top ausgestattet (Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Geschirrtücher, Kaffeepulver, Gewürze etc....alles da). Auch im Bad gab es für alle frische kleine und große Handtücher sowie Handtücher für den Pool. Eine Waschmaschine und Waschmittel standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, was ich sehr praktisch fand. Ebenso kann man sein Shampoo und co Zuhause lassen, denn es ist alles da! Der Pool ist mit seinen 8x4m einfach nur ein Traum. Wir genossen ihn zu jeder Tageszeit und es war toll nach einem Strandtag heimzukehren und sich dort abzukühlen. Ich habe meine Hängematte zwischen zwei Bäumen am Pool angebracht und dort im Schatten gelesen und den Kindern zugeschaut. Überhaupt ist der Garten großartig und bietet viel Platz zum Toben und Sporten. Auf der Terrasse haben wir gegessen und die tollen Spiele gespielt, die extra angeschafft wurden. Auf den Palettenmöbeln wurde gechillt und gelesen - stets mit Blick auf den Pool. Für Ausflüge ist das Haus ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Wir waren in Rabac, Labin, Rovinji, Porec, Raklj und Pula. Alles war innerhalb von 20-40 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wir insbesondere in der Woche mit den 38 Grad gerne mal genutzt haben. Ansonsten kühlt es sich abends schön ab und man kann erholsam bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen (überall mit Mückenschutznetz). Die Zimmer sind groß genug und es gibt genügend Platz in den Schränken. Die Kinder fühlten sich in ihrem Zimmer ebenfalls sehr wohl. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Anja und Zdenko für die Gastfreundschaft. Hvala!

#### Mooi authenthieke vakantiewoning met zwembad. Alles voorhanden in de woning.

Authentieke vakantiewoning met zwembad, precies waar wij naar opzoek waren. Het huisje ligt afgelegen maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Anja is een perfecte gastvrouw en antwoordt meteen op evt vragen. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van de gastvrijheid, het huisje, zwembad en de omgeving. We gaan zeker weer terug.
