Welcome to the "Kleine Möwe," a modern single-family house surrounded by a serene landscape of trees, meadows, and fields in Sassnitz, Germany. Located in the district of Neu Süllitz on the outskirts of town, this vacation rental offers a private property spanning 600 square meters with a well-manicured lawn. The house features a central heating system, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. Additionally, you'll have access to internet WiFi and parking for up to two cars just 50 meters away.

The "Kleine Möwe" is ideally situated just 50 meters from the edge of the forest, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature's beauty. The property is also conveniently located 2.5 kilometers from the sea and 3.5 kilometers from a picturesque lake, providing ample opportunities for outdoor adventures and relaxation.

For your convenience, there are various amenities within a 2-kilometer radius, including a shop, grocery store, supermarket, shopping center, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, pedestrian zone, and bicycle rental. For those seeking a tranquil escape, the well-known Schmachter See lake is just 3.5 kilometers from the vacation rental.

Unit Layout  
The property is a 3-room house with a total area of 80 square meters, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room spanning 30 square meters, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV (flat screen), CD player, and a hi-fi system. This level also features an open kitchen measuring 10 square meters, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, grill, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. Additionally, there's a shower and WC on this level. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, are two rooms measuring 18 square meters each, with sloping ceilings and one double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) in each room. Another shower and WC are available on this floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You'll have access to a terrace spanning 20 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and a portable barbecue for outdoor grilling. Additionally, a washing machine is provided for your convenience. Other amenities include a telephone (extra charge), hair dryer, and logs (extra charge) for the wood stove. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is also available throughout the property.
