Location is great. close to Zion shuttle and amenities. Pool not available which was disappointing. Breakfast in a bag was ok. Friendly staff and easy check in.

It would have been nice if the pool & hot tub were clean and available as that's what was stated as part of the amenities on the grounds. Hot Tub was really dirty and not prepared at all for guest use, neither was pool. Would have preferred healthier choice of breakfast items

The staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The area where the hotel is couldn’t be more perfect. Close to restaurants, shops and better yet walking distance to Zion National Park

The room was not serviced one day and they gave me a lot of stink when I asked them to clean it. Eventually, after being spoken to in a very unkind manner, I was given a small discount for the day.

The overall experience was okay, it’s a cute place to stay but the parking lot is awful - incredibly tight spaces to the point you can’t even get out of your car. The walls are PAPER THIN we could hear word for word everything the people in the next room were saying and it was frustrating and annoying - even with the TV on loud we could still hear them. The toilet handle was literally falling out, the bathtub faucet handle was broken, cracks in the wall between the tub, etc. For the price I paid I just thought it could have been better but it was alright.

Overall A bit under average and over priced.Bathroom is small than expected. Breakfast is grab and go in a bag and is not good and coffee machine is out of service.

First night were put in a room that was being redone. Not bad but not everything was hooked up. Two later nights were real good in different room. Parking is cramped but OK. Breakfast is just a bag with a few things in it...but better than it sounds. All in all...an OK place in a super location and a fair price,

The hotel staff kindly arranged my key available when i arrived late at night, thanks a lot! The room smells great as a fresh forest. The duvet is super warm, so recommend to set the temperature ideal for sleep before Bedding time. There is fridge and microwave at the unit. The vanity and the shower are separated with a door, Super helpful!

The best part of this place is that it is convenient to all the restaurants, shopping, e-bikes, shuttle stop, and entrance of the park. Nice that maid service is done daily with fresh towels and you get a grab and go breakfast every morning. I would suggest to bring an extra pillow cases because the pillows are stained from previous guests. It would have been nice if the jacuzzi and pool were working after a long day hiking. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Found a long hair in my bed which was not mine, Floor was very cold, Shower curtain rings were broken, and I assume code was broken with no battery in the smoke detector, we wouldn't have known that but the the hatch door for the battery was hanging open.

What an adorable “old-fashioned” motor lodge. Looked newly renovated. Room was small but very clean, amenities like fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Was given a breakfast bag for the morning. Host was very nice, gave us wonderful suggestion for dinner.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. However, our room was not clean and there was equipment including a drill, a ladder, and multiple sets of bedding and curtains in our room as it did not seem as though it should have been marked as available.

Location is absolutely 12/10! So close to the national park as well as all the best local places to eat and check out. The room was spacious too! My only concern is wifi was quite poor and the heater was noisy. But since I personally prefer sleeping in cooler temperatures, the heater was not a huge problem for me.

The gentleman checking us in at the front desk was very friendly. The room itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a very short drive to the park itself.

The pictures and discription did not accurately show what we were expecting from the lodge. We were excited to sit down in the restaurant and have breakfast, however the breakfast area has been under remodel for a long time, so you get a bagged breakfast. Which is okay but dont offer a dinig area in the hotel. We couldnt close our big drapes all the way so we had a lot of light beaming in the room all night. It made sleeping a bit difficult. The hotel however was very clean, comfy beds, and the staff was helpful getting more bedding.

Pioneer Lodge is in a beautiful setting and the host is very nice and helpful to stayed the for access to Zion National park and it did not dissappoint being avle to stay in the hotel car park until 6pm on the day of checkout was a definite bonus
