Holiday with space for the whole family, quiet area with 2 bedrooms and a sun terrace. The 67 square meter Ferienwohung has three rooms, including two bedrooms and a spacious living / dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. All rooms as well as the bathroom and storage room are accessible via a central corridor. The 1. Bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) with separate mattresses, wardrobe and TV. In the 2. Bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a children's bed (70 x 140 cm). Furthermore, you will also find a spacious wardrobe, as well as a changing table and a children's play chest. The large terrace with south exposure and the adjoining garden can be reached via the living room.  There are garden chairs and matching dining table available. The seating area in the living room consists of a sofa and 2 armchairs. The sofa can be folded out as needed to the sofa bed. The dining table made of solid wood can easily accommodate up to eight people. Furthermore, you will find in the living room a TV with cable, CD / DVD / VHS player and a radio. For the little boredom in between, you will find in the large sideboard a number of selected board games. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey house, which belongs to the building ensemble Ostseequartett. The apartment is set back in the third row of the Möskenweg and therefore in absolute peace. Due to the child-friendly equipment and less stairs in front of the house, the apartment is especially suitable for families and seniors. The beach is about 700 meters away from the apartment and in a few minutes you can reach all shops, restaurants and tourist facilities in the center of Zinnowitz. Bakers and a discount supermarket discount supermarket (Netto) are even less than five minutes walk away.

The apartment has three rooms, including two bedrooms and a spacious living / dining room with fully equipped kitchenette (stove incl. Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave) .All rooms and bathroom and storage room are accessible via a central corridor. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200) with two separate mattresses, wardrobe and TV. The children's room has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a children's bed (70 x 140 cm). There is also a spacious wardrobe and a changing table and a children's play with toys housed. From the living room you have access to the large terrace with south exposure and the adjacent garden. There are garden chairs and matching dining table available. In the living room is a sofa, consisting of sofa, which can be folded out as needed to the sofa bed and two comfortable armchairs. The dining table made of solid wood can easily be extended to accommodate up to eight people. In the corner of the living room there is a TV with cable, CD / DVD / VHS player and an internet / DAB + radio. In the large sideboard you will find a number of selected board games. All the furniture in the apartment is made of solid, oiled pine and gives a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The hallway, accessed from the front door, has storage space for keys and other small items, as well as a cloakroom and clothes hooks for children. In this niche is also the highchair. In the back of the curtain chairs and couches, as well as cleaning materials and other household items are kept.   
  
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Kleine, gemütliche Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Strand und Promenade sind quasi um die Ecke. Uns hat es gefallen.
