The comfortable apartment is located in the Haus Roland apartment complex in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz, just 800m from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The apartment complex has a swimming pool and a sauna area for free use for guests. There is also a parking space for your car. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and coin operated washing machine are located on the ground floor of the house.  
  
Apartment Höffler:  
The comfortable 2-room apartment with a terrace is approx. 38 square meters and has a cozy living room with a comfortable, high-quality sofa bed and flat-screen TV and an adjacent open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine , The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower / toilet and a hairdryer. W-LAN and a parking space are available free of charge as well as the use of the swimming pool and sauna area in the Roland house. Washing machine and dryer use is possible for a fee.  
  
Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
