At Ziano Di Fiemme, Italy, you will find the charming "Altavista" chalet. This rustic and cozy vacation rental is surrounded by meadows and offers a yard, internet wifi, and parking on the premises.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a natural state area of 5,000 m2 (fenced), a large garden (fenced), and a lawn for sunbathing spanning 200 m2 (fenced). Walking paths and a cycle lane are conveniently located just 30 m and 100 m from the house, respectively.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet provides storage rooms for bicycles and skis. Linen change and towel change are available weekly for an additional charge. Room cleaning can be requested weekly for an extra fee. Quietness and good behavior are expected in this noise-sensitive neighborhood.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The chalet is situated in the center of Ziano di Fiemme, 4 km from the center of Predazzo. Nearby amenities include a grocery store (950 m), a supermarket (950 m), a restaurant (1 km), a bar (900 m), a pedestrian zone (900 m), and a bus stop (200 m). The Stadio del Salto in Predazzo is 6 km away, while Moena di Fassa and Canazei are 13 km and 30 km away, respectively. Ski regions like Latemar (6 km) and Funivie Buffaure (22 km) are easily accessible. Lakes such as Lago di Antermoia (31 km) and Lago di Fedaia (43 km) are also nearby. Hiking trails lead to Cermis (12 km) and Piz Boé (44 km). Ski facilities are located 600 m away, with slopes just 6 km from the chalet. A chair lift and a gondola lift are both 6 km away.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room chalet that spans across 3 levels and covers an area of 150 square meters. The chalet features a south-facing position, ensuring ample natural light throughout the day. It has been partly renovated in 2025, maintaining a rustic and cozy ambiance with its furnishings. On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall equipped with a TV, as well as a double bedroom with a TV and direct access to the garden. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC and heating available from October 15th to May 31st. The upper floor houses a living room with a double sofabed, a Scandinavian wood stove (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and a TV. This level also offers access to a balcony, along with another double bedroom with a TV and balcony access. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, and microwave, as well as a dining table and balcony access. There is also a shower/bidet/WC and heating available from October 15th to May 31st. The top floor features 2 double bedrooms, each with its own TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet is surrounded by a large 200 square meter garden with a south-facing and east-facing position. Outdoor amenities include a porch, barbecue area, deck chairs, conservatory, and a sitting area. You can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the mountains and forest from the property. Additional facilities provided include an iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Parking is available for up to 4 fenced cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and only 1 pet/dog is allowed. The chalet has a private entrance, fire extinguisher, and no lift access.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet is situated in a location known as "Altavista." It offers a spacious and bright environment, perfect for your vacation. While the furnishings are described as rustic and cozy, the property has undergone partial renovations in 2025 to ensure a comfortable stay. The living room features a Scandinavian wood stove, but it is solely for decorative purposes and not intended for use. The property provides ample outdoor space, with a large garden spanning 200 square meters and offering both south-facing and east-facing positions. "Just an example, the property allows a maximum capacity of 10 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available." It is important to note that heating is available only during the period from October 15th to May 31st.
