Hotel location is far from anything. So you are stuck eating there. Water temp qas luke warm. So no Hot shower. Maid service was subpar. Room wasnt cleaned several times had to call and complain to the point the desk help acted annoyed. When room service did come to clean they again dud a subpar clean, had to call back for water, and tea. Had problem with alot of mosquitoes so could open the door for fresh air. We ended up checking out a day early even though we had paid for that extra night. No offwr to refund even though we told them we were leaving due to the terrible service. Buffet food was good but dont expect food to be hot. Just luke warm. Had to ask for coffee machin to be turned on. Setting up for breakfast was slow. You would expect a business to be up and running whem they open. But this wasnt the case. We went to 4 points Sheraton in Hong Kong.
