« Superbe hôtel. Très bien situé. À côté des principaux monuments et de la station centrale du métro directe vers l’aéroport. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis l’hôtel. L’hôtel en question est propre. Les chambres sont très agréables. TV connectée. Mini frigo. Le personnel est également hyper accessible, serviable et gentil. Il y a de l’eau disponible au rez de chaussée ainsi que des boissons chaudes gratuites et à volonté. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un séjour à Sofia. »

« Chambre de bonne taille, agréable, mais ventilation non fonctionnelle ou que nous n'avons pas réussi a faire convenablement fonctionner, chaleur étouffante forcant à ouvrir la fenêtre qui donnait sur une autoroute donc bruyante. Dommage car chambre agréable. Soucis informatique initial à notre arrivée ne retrouvant pas de trace du paiement, mais heureusement personnel à l'écoute qui a pu gérer la situation. »
