Myöhäinen saapuminen ja aikainen lähtö seuraavana aamuna, joten hotellin palveluita ei tullut käytettyä muuta kuin aamiainen, joka kuului huoneen hintaan. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja laaja ja kiinalais- ruokien lämpimiä vaihtoehtoja oli tarjolla yllättävän paljon. Appelsiinimehu tuli Nescafen automaatista lämmitettynä, mutta oli ihan juotavaa. Tuoreita hedelmiä olisin toivonut olevan enemmän. My buddy and I had a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff were helpful and cooperative. Nothing was too difficult for them even with their limited spoken English although my buddy speaks mandarin. Housekeeping efficient and helpful. Dongdajie station on Line 2 from the airport and taxi ride from this station is less than 10mins from hotel. On return to airport you may have to alight at one of the stations along this line and wait for train to the airport as not all trains terminate at the airport. Wait is about 5-7mins. Erqi Square is a haven for food and shopping. Two level underground shopping walkway from Erqiguangchang station and exit on the other street side level takes one to other shops and wholesalers building. David Mall is for designer goods but level 10-12 has numerous restaurants and food outlets with a Pizza Hut and Starbucks on the street level. Hua Lian department store has a supermarket in the basement. Currently subway construction works carried out throughout the night. The sound didn't bother us much but you may ask for room facing the other side of the hotel to avoid the noise. Walking from Erqiguangchang station to the hotel is about 10 mins. Next to the hotel is an all night mini-mart and also a very popular hot pot restaurant. Along the way there is a pretty good bakery for bread, cakes and handmade biscuits.
