I personally am more of a luxury type, however, since I only needed a place to stay for one night and something close to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, this works. It’s pretty small and minimal but they have the main necessities: AC, WiFi, outlets, shower, toilet, spare tooth brush set, cups, TV, and a bed. The hotel owners (Tina and her husband) were super kind and go beyond waiting with us for 2 hours to obtain SIM card, Tina also helped to add WECHAT which is so useful later for our trip. She also provide good guidance routes to vist Zhangjajie and Tianmen Mountain which is only 10 minutes away by TAXI. location is so close to many amazing street foods, restaurants, shopping mall, organic fruits stands and convenient stores. It was so easy to find a Taxi. The hotel offers free airport pick up and drop offer servises. Both owners were very sweet and hospitable. Started from the wife picking us up at the airport. (Sorry I forgot her name)When we got to the hotel she immediately added us to her WeChat so we could communicate with her easily. She was very sweet the first day she noticed we were under the weather so when we got to back to the hotel in the evening she brought us some plum tea which was very good. Almost everyday we were there she has brought us either sweets/ tea or fruits. She was also very helpful and recommended more things for us to do and see.
