Nicole could not have been a lovelier host - sorting out breakfast and groceries, showing us the incredible wine cave in the chalet (with many choices!), organising taxis to and from the train station and ensuring we had a completely relaxed and easy stay. The chalet itself is comfortable and well appointed - we cooked dinner in several nights. And the sauna and hot tub overlooking the Matterhorn is welcome after long days of skiing.
