This is the 3-family house "Chatillon", a three-story vacation rental property with a south-west facing position on a slope. It offers a central heating system and is conveniently located close to various amenities, including a grocery store, supermarket, restaurant, bakery, bicycle rental, and ski rental facilities. With Internet Wifi available, you can enjoy a comfortable stay while being just a 10-minute walk away from the center of Zermatt, Switzerland.

The property's slope-side location provides a scenic outdoor experience, with easy access to ski bus stops, ski schools, and children's ski schools nearby.  
  
Other Information  
The keys' handover for this vacation rental takes place at the Interhome agency in Zermatt. Additionally, the property is situated close to convenient transportation options, with a bus stop for the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise just 90 meters away and the Zermatt railway station within a 1.3 km distance.

The "Haus Chatillon" 2-room apartment is 32 square meters in size and is located on the lower ground floor with a south-west facing position. It features a living/sleeping room with 2 fold-away beds (80 cm, length 190 cm) and a TV, along with a separate room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a fondue Set (cheese). It also has a shower/WC bathroom. Other amenities available are a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers a view of the Matterhorn and is suitable for a vacation stay. The furnishings are described as simple and rustic, and the maximum capacity is 4 guests. Please note that this is a non-smoking unit.
