The home got extremely hot during the day (especially the top floor) and very few windows opened which made it hard to take advantage of the cool air at night. There were two small fans but they barely worked and was not enough to cover all of the bedrooms. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and for us to come together to hang out, eat meals, watch movies, and play games. The hot tub was a great way to relax in between our excursions to the endless activities available in the area. The property could use a few updates, but it was quite suitable for us, and every member of our family enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood with wonderful views. The hosts were super responsive to questions during our stay and provided clear instructions prior to our arrival. First of all the rental company is fantastic -they were extremely helpful and kind (specifically Tami). The house was clean, fully stocked, and such a great space for entertaining a large group. Everyone had there own bed, lots of room for activities and the hot tub was an amazing touch. There are many beds and sleeping places and the house has large common areas. Hot tub is really nice and spacious as well. The condition of the house is very worn needs quite a bit of maintenance and not very clean. I couldn't even clean because there was no broom or functioning vacuum.
