For shared use: property with trees, natural garden, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Zell a.Z. Rosengarten" 190 m, railway station "Zell a.Z. Bahnhof" 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, indoor swimming pool 8 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 500 m, ski lift 1.1 km, gondola lift 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 50 m.
