Fantastic!!
Beautiful hotel, very clean, everything you need. Just a short 20 minute walk to Zell am See, gorgeous lake, stunning views of the mountain. There are some lovely hiking trails in Zell am see. My partner and I followed a trail up Schuttdorf mountain which had the most incredible views along the way. Highly recommend staying here.. staff are extremely friendly and they let us check in a little early too!

Very bad place the staff dealing very pad and they are thief hotel they took 50 euro additional fee from me for checkout Earle I suggested not to stay in this hotel at all The room very small no coffee no tea no bar

Nice hotel with great spa facilities to use after a day on the mountain. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff were all relaxed and professional and the food was good too. One thing to note is that the rooms are a little light on in-room toiletries with only body wash and soap provided.

I loved the Location, natural views around size of rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Nice pool and gym. However there was no porter to help with baggage specially they have high steps to reach the reception area from outside. No slopes.

Great hotel - superb spa facilities
Great hotel and would stay again - feeling of calm throughout hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Spa facilities superb. There are no drink making facilities in room so need to take your own if that is a concern. Advise packing flip-flops if planning to use outside pool, as slippers provided not suitable for outside if wet/snow. However, outside pool is heated and was great to use surrounded by snow.

Hotel was amazing and check-in went really smooth. Location for skiing is great. Spa center was also super clean with a lot of things to do. For sure I and my friends would like to visit it again.

Nice hotel, spa was amazing. Food was good as well. It’s located in a very quiet area. Yet, that’s not a problem when you have a car. A train passes by very close to the hotel. However, we were ok with that as it wasn’t very noisy

Fantastic, just a couple of points to improve on..
The hotel, the staff, the room and the overall experience were fantastic, I would most definitely return. There were just a couple of little things that I think would make this hotel outstanding. Firstly a hot drink area in the room (kettle at the very least). Whilst you could get a coffee at breakfast it would be nice to relax in your room with access to hot drinks. A fridge. I understand during the winter you can leave things on the balcony but it was just a little point I picked up on as I bought some food back to the room nd had to leave it outside. Lastly an iron at the front desk or travel iron in the room. I didn't end up wearing any of my shirts as they were creased in the bag. As I said at the top these are only little things but hopefully if you read this you can pack what you need. The Hotel/Spa and everything about Mavida was great, amenities and ski lift all within a couple of mins walk.

Excellent Location for IRONMAN 70.3 Zell am See
Stayed here twice in August 2017, once for a practice session/recce of the race location and then again for the event itself. The staff were excellent and helped with whatever we needed. Location is also ideal for transition being only a 5-10 minute walk away and it was easy enough getting in to Zell am See using the buses/tram. They don't mind bikes in the rooms. Breakfast was good and certainly adequate for athletes. They even started serving at 6am on race day to accommodate those who wanted to eat a bit early. Lunch/dinner at the bar was also good and reasonably priced. There is a Spar, pizza restaurant, and McDonalds nearby, so no issues getting water, pre- and post-race meals! I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough!!

Modern spa hotel with nice views
Unfortunately, the bar lounge was closed during our stay in mid-November as it seemed renovations were underway ahead of the busy ski season. There were also no tea / coffee making facilities in the room and the hotel is isn't too close (walking distance) to the town. Both the bedroom and bathroom were large and bright though, with the first having a lovely view and balcony. There was a good choice for breakfast and it was very handy having on-site parking as we had a hire car.

Lovely, "mod", hotel
We stayed here one night on our way from Vienna to the Glossglockner Highway. Front desk staff spoke very good English. Room was lovely with very comfortable King sized bed and a very "mod" bathroom. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, homemade bread, cereals, yogurt, breakfast meats and all kinds of espressos, coffee and tea choices. Hotel was nice & quiet. Away from the busiest parts of Zell Am See.

Good hotel overall. Room is nice and clean. Facilities are belowy expectations. No hot tub. No views to the outside. Restaurant is good. Breakfast selection is average but the staff is attentive.

Fabulous hotel
Fantastic hotel and we will certainly stay there again if possible. The staff were all extremely helpful. The shuttle bus to the slopes was great. The staff who care for the children were excellent too. Pretty much everything was taken care of for us. My main critique was the amazing restaurant in the Mavida - the menu and quality of offerings for adults was as good as anything I've experienced before. However the menu for children was limited to three dishes (the same three for the whole week). We did ask for different meals for the children and they were happy to help provide something else. I think it would be better of the menu for the children was more varied and please do not just add chicken nuggets, pizza, chips, etc.

Outstanding SPA and wellness center (the best I've ever been in). Probably the best restaurant I've ever eaten. Highly recommended. Exceptional breakfast, lunch time snacks, afternoon crunches and finally the best - the dinner. Outstanding chef and service. The negatives are the room size (little small), closeness to train and local church (may be noisy at the morning).

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem Hervorragenden Frühstück und A la carte Abend Restaurant! Poolbereich etwas sehr laut da viele Kinder ohne das die Erziehungsberechtigte eingreifen, dieses liegt nicht am Hotel sondern den Eltern! Keine Körbe für verbrauchte Handtücher im Poolbereich, daher liegen besonders gegen Abend überall rumliegende Handtücher! Verbesserungsvorschlag auch hier wie im Saunabereich im Sichtbereich/Ausgang Pool Korb für verbrauchte Handtücher stellen! Im Spa und Sauna Bereich ist alles vorhanden was bei einen Spa Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Hochwertiger Ronnefeld Tee, Hauseigner Honig, Getrocknete Früchte, Nüsse, Obst und Getränke nach Wahl zum selbst Zapfen!
