"Travelled with a group of friends and several children.
The hotel is charming, the bulk of the main building being very old with some modern additions to the rear.
The staff were always friendly and accommodating.
We all went half board and were well fed with good food. Breakfast was a wealth of choice, both continental and some English staples. Dinner was equally good, you could effectively have a 5 course meal every day.
A great hotel in a great setting both winter and summer.
Thank you so much Sabine and Family"

"This was a lovely hotel - particularly in the bar and reception area. We ate at their restaurant and the food was fabulous if a little pricey. The rooms were spacious and clean (we had a superior double) and it’s incredibly well placed in the centre of Zell am See so plenty of buses to other ski areas. The towels were a little on the small side and quite harsh and the body and hair gel was not replaced often enough so we ran out twice. Also there are no tea and coffee facilities but we asked for a kettle! Everything else was great. Ski rental is nearly opposite and train station only a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff very helpful."
"The hotel was a nice location within easy walking distance to many local attractions. Even with the added business due to Ironman event, the staff were very friendly and very responsive. Great location, great staff, and excellent overall stay."
