The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds and 3 modern bathrooms, one of which includes both a shower and a bathtub. The two bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning. The bright living room features a large dining table for 8 people and a high chair, a cosy sofa, a children’s desk with plenty of arts and crafts supplies, lounge chairs and a flatscreen TV. Thanks to the large windows, there’s plenty of natural light creating an open and relaxed atmosphere.  
  
Fully equipped kitchen  
  
The modern open kitchen has everything you need: induction hob, oven, Quooker, coffee machine, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and children’s tableware. Enjoy cooking and dining together with views of the water.  
  
Waterfront living  
  
Outside you’ll find a sunny terrace with an electrical hottub, sun loungers, a large dining table for 8 and a parasol for warm days. The villa is located directly on the water and features a private jetty with a swim ladder – perfect for a refreshing dip. Two paddleboards and six children’s life vests are available, ideal for safe and fun water activities. Fishing and swimming are popular here! For cosy evenings, there’s a Kamado BBQ in the garden.  
  
Child-friendly and dog-friendly  
  
The fully enclosed garden ensures safety for young children and dogs. Pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the holiday together. Children have plenty of space to play, both in the garden and in the surrounding nature. Inside, child-safe power sockets, stair gates (upstairs and downstairs), a cot and a secure stairwell make your stay worry-free.
