Situated in the tranquil and sunny outskirts of Železný Brod, Czech Republic, this detached two-story house, built in 2008, offers a serene vacation rental experience. The property boasts a private meadow spanning 900 square meters, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Enjoy amenities such as a shared seasonal swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, available from May 1 to September 30), a yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities for two cars.

Embrace the great outdoors with the property's badminton court, terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue area. Indulge in leisure activities or simply bask in the sun on the sprawling meadow. The property's proximity to the skiing area, just 500 meters away, provides easy access to the slopes and ski school.

The house is conveniently located near essential amenities, with a grocery store just 200 meters away, a restaurant within a 100-meter radius, and a bus stop at a 200-meter distance. Cyclists can embark on the Cyklostezka Járy Cimrmana trail, while beer enthusiasts can visit the nearby brewery, merely 200 meters from the property. Please note that the shared swimming pool is located behind a fence on the owner's property, and they use it minimally when guests are not present.

These include a washing machine for your laundry needs, a barbecue area for outdoor grilling, a dishwasher in the kitchen, a fireplace (Scandinavian wood stove) for cozy evenings, satellite TV for entertainment, heating available to keep you warm, a microwave for quick meals, and a television. The maximum capacity of the house is 5 guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
