Additionally, there is a living room with a sofa bed, which can serve as a third bedroom if needed.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

The accommodations are suitable for up to 5 people.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The services included are bed linens, towels, hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, coffee, sanitized kitchen supplies, and all necessary kitchenware and utensils.

The property has air conditioning in all rooms. Heating is provided by heat pumps.

A 1-minute walk from the apartment, you’ll find: the Ebro River and its bridges, the Central Market, the Walls of Zaragoza, views of the Expo, Paseo Independencia, Calle Alfonso, El Tubo, and Plaza de España

The duplex is in a prime location, so you’ll be able to reach every point of interest in the city on foot.

If you want to visit places outside the city center, we recommend taking the tram.

The apartment has excellent transportation links. If you arrive by train or plane, there is direct public transportation to the apartment.

Our accommodations are located in the heart of Zaragoza. While it is generally well-insulated from outside noise, its unbeatable location means you may occasionally hear sounds from street activity, people passing by, and nearby businesses.

You will stay in a fully renovated duplex with elevator access, featuring two floors connected by a staircase. Please note that the interior staircase is made of metal, is visible in the photos, and is relatively steep.

Note:
- The accommodations are approximately 60 square meters spread over two floors.
- Note: The property is located in a building with an elevator. Cabin size: 60 × 60 cm. Inside the duplex, the upper and lower levels are connected by a metal staircase.
- Due to its central location, some street noise may be heard.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. An additional pet after check-in costs 150€ per stay.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:

20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
