The property is unkept both inside and outside. The breakfast choices were limited. Overall it was not the most pleasant stay and will probably would not stay there again.

The outside is not much to look at and I was surprised the room interior was nice and clean. Shower head could be nicer and drapes need replacing. If in need of lodging in Zapata in the future I will stay again.

Everything was good except for the tub and shower. A lot of Female’s hair was in the tub and drain. I am a male and unaccompanied by female at this time. Housekeeping needs to do a better job and follow-up supervision to insure cleanliness.

The free breakfast tacos in the morning are amazing! Homemade tortillas and so delicious. My room was absolutely massive and I could park rignt in front of my front door. The motel is sitting right on Lake Falcon and lots of fishermen were staying here. A nice quiet crowd. The pool looks lovely as well. They are renovating the front row of rooms so it looks a bit abandoned from the front, but it's quite nice around back. Nothing fancy, but a nice comfortable home base for birding and fishing adventures. I am a single female and I felt very safe here. There is even a large grilling pavilion with a view of the lake for sunset grilling of your catch. A great room for the price!

Showers didn’t have any hot water I took 2 showers with cold water. Security cameras are on property but the lights of the outdoors at night don’t all light up so if the cameras catch anything I’m not sure it’ll be lit enough.

No cold water, could not take a shower. Walls are paper thin. Adjoining guest talked way to loud outside of their room and we could not go to sleep. Parking is not adequate for the property. Why does the next question ask about certain members of the population? Are they different or better than white individuals who stay? Do you not care about the white male that stays at your properties? I will not use Expedia again.

We had 8 guys in 4 rooms for 4 nights. The Motel was pleasant and affordable. They made fresh breakfast tacos every morning and serviced our rooms everyday. We have no complaints.

EVERYTHING was covered in roach poop. When I called the front desk all I was told was we could be moved to another room. My kids next door had the same issue! Why move to another unsanitary room? And no refund given at all!

Asked for a forst floor room, and the front desk staff stated there were none. We opend the door to our second floor room and it was not cleaned, beds were still un amde and a mess. The ladyvat front desk issued us a dirst floor room after we complained. We forgot our expensive phone charger and called that day amd they said they were not there. WOW!!!!! And bed bugs are an issue as well. Got bite marks rhe next am. Never will I stay there again

Price was good for area, room was ok and clean. Breakfast was served as a pickup in bag due to the pandemic, it did include a warm breakfast taco. Water comes out very warm so have to run awhile on cold to get it to cool down. Toilet was slow flushing a bit so had to use plunger more than once.

This hotel was not ready for business. Was in roof repair stage. Our parking area was blocked by construction vehicles. Sleep would have been impossible due to construction noise. Had to cancel reservation.

I want a refund. This is not the hotel location I booked. Immediately when I booked what I thought was a hotel in Hebronville, I called this hotel. They had no power or water and did not answer. I called Expedia and 7 hours later got a return call and asked for a refund. They never responded back to me. I will dispute this charge and not use Expedia ever again.

The restroom was terrible tub needs a make over and toilet is has old stains and it didn't want to flush. I didn't have time to call front desk running late for an appt. Carpet was nasty. TV was hard to turn on. Never again will stay here.

Good service and clean room fast check in only one thing the housekeeping star knocking My door at 9:00 am Thing they got a wait until check out but We like to stay at this location every time we are in town
