Love the foods and public baths. ##### Verified traveller ### 6/10 Okay #### Sawa Oct 4, 2016 Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 昔からの温泉旅館 禁煙のお部屋がなく、どの部屋でも喫煙が可能なため、館内全体的にタバコのにおいがしみついています。周りの環境は静かですが、近くに大きな川が流れているので音が気になる人は注意が必要です。 ##### Sawa ### 4/10 Poor #### ジャンボ, サイタマ Sep 23, 2016 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 泊まるなら本館で。げんぶ館（旧館）には泊まるべからず。 げんぶ館の２０８号室にチェックインしました。部屋に入った瞬間、外のうるさいのが嫌でした。最初は外を流れている川にある堰の音だと思いました。そこで部屋の変更をお願いしたところ、６０００円アップで同じ並びにある２１７号室に移れるとの事でしたがそこも若干静かではあるが堰の音が聞こえます。６０００円出して変更するだけの価値がないと思い２０８号室で我慢しました。しかし、２２時頃寝ようとしましたが音がうるさくしかも横になると振動も感じられます。部屋の外の館全体の空調の音の様でした。多分旅館の人は最初から堰の音だけでないことは承知しているはずです。フロントの方に来ていただき静かにならないかと話したところ、無料で本館の６２６号室に変更してくれました。この部屋はとても静かで快適でした。チェックインの時に夕食の飲み物のリクエストを聞かれていたのに夕食の配膳は要領が悪くとても遅いです。また、器に食べ物の汁が飛んで付いていたり、旅館なのに朝食がパンであったり、あまり良い印象は受けませんでした。なお、wi/fiは使えません。さらに、チェックアウト時、夕食のビールの支払いが安いプランで宿泊したと言う事でカードが使えませんでした。 ##### ジャンボ ### 6/10 Okay #### Kazue Sep 21, 2016 #### 山の中のリーズナブル旅館 スタッフはみんな親切でよかった。 部屋は禁煙ルームがないということだったが残念だった。 実際の部屋はタバコの臭いはしないが げんぶ館だったためかカビ臭い感じがした。 夜は気づかなかったけど、朝　部屋に小さな虫が１０匹はいた。 ふたりで2食付二万円は安いのでその辺はしょうがないのかな？ 温泉内の脱衣所や浴室内に飲用水の設置がなかったためボトルの水を自分で持っていく必要があるが知らなかったので 脱水になりそうで長風呂できなかったのが残念だった。 ##### Kazue ### 10/10 Excellent #### HONGSEOK Sep 19, 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Friendly staff and well managed Japanese ryokan Sansatei is just perfect for the stay. Definitely will be back whenever I go to Tohoku area. Perfect location for rent-a-car trip. Surroundings are very peaceful and have a couple of local Japanese pubs. As I told at check-out, I will be back here with my parents. Breakfast & Dinner service is absolutely perfect. Very yummy & clean foods.
