For that price I think it was a complete bargain. Location is great, no night clubs / chickens crowing next door so quiet. Instead it’s bursting with Stone Town character, amazing location, nice bed and bathroom with lovely staff. The manager was not on site and the front desk was unmanned for extended periods. Broken door.. as in there was no metal piece and the entire wood for the lock for chipped off and tried to glue back in type of broken. Bad customer service from the day receptionist. Blamed us and lied to us about 3 different things.
