Welcome to our holiday home in Zandt, Bavaria, which is ideal for up to 4 people. Nestled in an idyllic landscape, this cosy house offers the perfect setting for a relaxing break from everyday life. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or planning exciting excursions in the surrounding area - here you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.  
  
Inside the house you will find comfortable furnishings. The two bedrooms can be darkened for a restful night's sleep, so you can look forward to pleasant and undisturbed sleeping conditions. Each bedroom has a separate room with WC and washbasin. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor, along with a further WC.  
For a practical and uncomplicated stay, there is a washing machine for your sole use, a dishwasher, a cooker, a microwave, a coffee machine and much more. A fireplace can provide cosy warmth and a relaxed atmosphere in the cold season.  
The property management offers the option of booking bed linen or towels for an additional charge or purchasing firewood.  
In the living area there is a full HD flat-screen TV with digital satellite reception, a stereo system, DVD player and another TV on the upper floor. WLAN network is also freely available.  
The outdoor area of the house is equally inviting with a lawn and terrace, which is partially covered. It is for exclusive use and is surrounded by a fence, making it an ideal play area or relaxation oasis surrounded by greenery. Here you can spend your days reading a good book or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.  
The location of the holiday home in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park is ideal for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Leisure and nature parks, swimming opportunities, bike, canoe and boat hire: everything is within easy reach. In the winter months, there are winter sports opportunities in the "Arberregion" or "Sankt Englmar".  
For your daily needs or spontaneous shopping you will find a grocery store in the village. Other grocery stores and discounters are located in the immediate vicinity.  
Nature lovers will enjoy the proximity to the mountains and other natural beauties, which invite you to go on long hikes or bike tours.  
Arrival time is from 2.00 pm and departure until 9.30 am. Other times are also possible by arrangement with the property management. Energy and rubbish costs are included in the rental price. Guests' property is NOT covered by the existing household contents insurance.
