Our holiday home has been completely renovated and welcomes you with a modern and friendly design, so that you will immediately feel comfortable there. Here you can spend your vacation days in an individual and informal atmosphere without sacrificing comfort.

It is suitable for a family vacation as well as for a sports or relaxation vacation with a variety of activities.

The house has on the ground floor a living / dining area with open kitchen, shower room and hallway with a built-in infrared sauna. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with an attached washing facility and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two separate beds. All beds are equipped with modern box spring mattresses. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers space for two more people (limited), so that the house can be used by up to 6 guests.

In front of the living / dining area is the garden with terrace. From breakfast until early evening you can enjoy the sun and a wonderful view of the surrounding hills of the Bavarian Forest.

On cooler days, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth on the entire ground floor. Your children can use the floor in the living area as a playground, while the sweat-inducing warmth of an infrared sauna in the hallway ensures your own relaxation. On the way between the infrared sauna and the bathroom with the floor-heated hallway and shower, you will keep warm feet thanks to the pleasantly tempered floor.

After a ride on the in-house sledge in winter, you can spend a particularly cozy winter evening in front of the Swedish stove, watching the fire and hear crackling from the sofa. The wood for the Swedish stove including lighters can be conveniently obtained free of charge from our property management.

The modern kitchen offers a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and many cooking utensils so that you can take care of yourself.

The comfortably furnished living room offers a modern dining area with 6 seats, a sideboard with a wall-mounted satellite TV and free, in-house WiFi access.

A high chair and a cot are available for your baby / toddler, so that you save yourself a lot of bulky luggage on arrival and departure.

You are welcome to book a laundry package with us for € 13.00 / person. It includes bed linen, bath towel, hand towel, guest towel and tea towel. This makes packing your bags easier and you have less laundry after the holiday.
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m., departure by 9:30 a.m., or by appointment. A parking space for a car is right in front of the house.

The rent includes the costs for electricity, heating and water. A final cleaning fee of € 40.00 and the pet fee of € 6.00 per day / animal is payable on site upon arrival. A deposit of € 100.00 is required.

The municipality of Zandt is located in the “Upper Bavarian Forest” nature park. The low mountain range is ideal for hiking and cycling. You can also go skiing, swimming, canoeing, climbing, etc. The house is in a quiet location in a holiday village on the outskirts of Zandt. This means that you are in close proximity to hiking and biking trails, children's playgrounds and a soccer field. In the village you will find gastronomy and everything you need for self-catering. The city of Cham, about 10 km away, or the town of Bad Kötzting, about 8 km away, offers further shopping and dining options with a thermal bath and a new state casino. Zandt is an ideal starting point for sporting activities and for visiting nature parks, amusement parks, swimming pools, museums, festivals etc.
