This is a very unique hotel, in a wonderful location. Zamora was much more than we expected, and staying in this 'castle' was super fun. The only reason I do not give it the highest marks is that it truly needs to be better appointed to make that 5-star rating. The room decor is drab, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. I only had 2 hours of sleep due to the rock hard bed. However we only stayed one night, and the ambiance of the location and overall hotel was super charming. I would not stay here again unless the beds were much better though. In the middle of the night I seriously considered sleeping in the car as it would have been more comfortable. The hotel has a great deal of potential, I hope it is improved, it could be truly wonderful.
