« The room and hotel was quite scenic and clean. Central location with supermarket downstaris. The staff were extremely nice and attentive. However, while it was appreciated, it felt like there was little privacy in the property. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was outside the room and it was a bit difficult to lock and use. By the time we check out the bathroom door lock was broken. Fast hot water and the hotel provided heater and good blanket for the winter. »

"Comment Fairmont peux laisser un hôtel pareil sous son nom ? Hôtel catastrophique, emplacement médiocre, c’est le tiers monde devant l’hôtel. Des agents de sécurité ridicule. Ils se prennent tous pour des Qataris dans cet hôtel. Je vous assure que c’est loin d’être le nouveau Dubaï. Réservation effectuée au moins de Mars avec plusieurs conditions demandés pour les chambres. À notre arrivée rien de respecter, obliger de changer de chambre le lendemain. Fin c’est vraiment scandaleux, aucune excuse, aucun respect dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci cependant à Victoire la stagiaire, une jeune femme adorable et qui a rendu notre séjour avec un peu plus de soleil ! Marwan est je pense le pire employé de cet hôtel. Qui tiens tête aux clients et qui vraiment condescendant. Les chambres sont correctes mais le service est déplorable, très long et si vous ne donnez pas de tips. Vous êtes un moins que rien dans cet hôtel très fermer d’esprit au passage !"

"L'hôtel est en effet vieillot mais bien placé et très sécurisé. Le petit dej n'est pas fou...les pancakes sont secs....par contre nous avions une suite de 280 M2 au 26 ème étage (chambre 2602) avec une vue de fou, c'est pour cette raison que nous avions choisi cet hôtel.on voyait meme les pyramides..."
