Nestled in the charming village of Keri, Villa Eirene beautifully combines traditional allure with contemporary elegance. This enchanting stone villa, set amidst the picturesque countryside near Agios Leon, offers a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity away from daily life.  
  
Villa Eirene immerses guests in the authentic charm of Zakynthos, with its traditional stone facade evoking the island’s architectural heritage. The villa balances historical essence with modern comforts, creating a stylish sanctuary for relaxation.  
  
Surrounded by serene landscapes, the villa provides an ideal escape for immersive holidays. Guests can explore Agios Leon, with its narrow lanes and vibrant gardens, offering a glimpse into Zakynthian life and culture. The proximity to nearby traditional villages presents opportunities for engaging with locals and savouring authentic cuisine.  
  
Additionally, the villa’s location allows for easy access to secluded bays and beaches, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Villa Eirene is not just a place to stay; it invites guests to experience true island living, combining the beauty of nature with modern comforts.  
  
On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining area, a fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a double room with an en suite bathroom. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.  
  
The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher, and it features convenient doors leading to the terrace. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a smart TV, along with dining facilities and easy access to the terrace.  
  
In Bedroom 1, you’ll find a spacious king-sized bed, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and a bath with a shower overhead for added convenience.  
  
On the first floor, Bedroom 2 has twin beds, air conditioning, and a charming balcony along with satellite TV. Bedroom 3 also contains twin beds and air conditioning, with satellite TV available as well. The bathroom on this floor includes a toilet, basin, and a bath with a shower overhead, along with a washing machine for your laundry needs.  
  
Outdoors, the property boasts a lovely terrace featuring both covered and open areas, perfect for alfresco dining. Sun loungers and a parasol provide additional comfort and relaxation. For those travelling by car, there is off-road parking available, and a private outdoor pool adds to the appeal of this inviting space.  
  
Please note that there is a fully refundable security deposit of £300 subject to no damage caused.  
  
Please note, climate resilience tax is not included in the price which is €15 per night. This is payable in euro, cash, upon check in.

Located on the west coast of Zakynthos, a few minute’s drive from the traditional, mountainous village of Agios Leon.  
The northwest Zakynthos is green and unspoilt while its coastline, scattered with bays and coves, offers a dramatic scenery. The little village of Agios Leon and the nearby villages of Lucha and Gyri retains many of the traditions of the island. Port Limnionas, a wonderful natural bay with crystal clear waters excellent for swimming and snorkelling is just 6 kilometres away.  
For those wanting to escape from the crowds and to enjoy a relaxed unspoilt environment then this Mountain Resort is the perfect retreat.
