Located in the green area of Pantokratoras, the villa is surrounded by the tranquility of the Zakynthian countryside having at the same time the advantage to be very close to the most well-known touristical destinations of the island. The VILLA OSTRIA (named after by the southern warm wind on the island), generously offers the absolute enjoyment sense of the sunny Greek summer.

THE SPACE
Situated in the large area of 2 acres, the VILLA OSTRIA is surrounded by a beautiful scenery of nature, being at the same time close to all the sandy beaches and the summer resorts of Zakynthos island. Driving along the main road of Zakynthos-Lithakia, the VILLA OSTRIA is reached in about 10 minutes from the town of Zakynthos (8.5 km) and the harbour (8.3 km), while it takes even less time from the airport which is in the distance of 7.2 km.

The VILLA OSTRIA is one of the top choices to experience an unforgettable holiday on the island. Indeed there is no better proof than the enthusiasm of those who have already spent their vacation in it!
In both the two floors of the villa, about 375 square meters in total, each room, is really so spacious, harmoniously combining the comfort with the elegant luxury. A new renovated residence that the family of Diane built with all their love and lived there for many years.

The VILLA OSTRIA can accommodate families or friends of up to 12 people with great comfort. It is the ideal choice especially for families who wish to spend their holiday together or friends who prefer to relax as they enjoy excellent services. In the five extremely spacious bedrooms definitely offer the best comfort. Four of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor while the fifth one is on the lower floor. The suite room has firmly a double bed but in the four other rooms the beds can be two singles or converted into one double, equally comfortable. In addition on the upper floor there are two folding sofa beds located in the library. Baby cots free of charge can be added on request.
The rooms in soft colours are full of light that comes into through the large balcony doors while their wood-based furniture give the sense of a unique warmth. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has a balcony or a veranda that overlooks the whole area of the villa. All the comforts for arranging your clothes and other items are also available.

The stunning kitchen and the bright living room almost fill the ground floor, forming a single space. The light colours, the dominance of wood and the special decorative details will definitely impress you with your first entry into the villa. The kitchen in modern design is fully equipped with all the household appliances, utensils and accessories to prepare the most demanding breakfast or to cook the most delicious meal that you can enjoy either in the dining table for 6 people in the kitchen or in the dining room for 8 people in the hall. Sitting comfortably in the living room you can relax watching a programme on the smart TV or listen to music using the modern sound system that is connected to the TV also heard when you are outdoors in the pool and the garden. In case you wish to visit the villa in winter time the burning fireplace will be an exquisite company! Are you willing to read? Then choose one of the many best sellers books available in the library with the large desk next to you.

Three bathrooms are available in the villa. The two of them are situated on the first floor, a common and a separate one with a shower and bathtub in the suite. The bathroom downstairs has a shower.

The Villa Ostria is surrounded by a large, fenced, private area accessed by a central entrance with a security door. Just in front of the accommodation the garden is full of beautiful plants and trees harmoniously combined with the little pond and the cool fountain. Right next to the villa spreads the area, where all our guests, adults and children can enjoy a day of sunshine and relaxation by the two separate swimming pools (one for our big visitors and next to it a children's pool). The amazing hosts have at your disposal comfortable sun beds, mattresses, towels (1 for each person) and pool games for children. An elegant pool house is built next to the pool. It is surrounded by sliding windows that you can close and open whenever you wish. The house is equipped with a BBQ facility, a refrigerator for cool refreshments, a large rustic dining table and chairs and a WC. Yet, the two summer seatings, one below the terrace and one under the pergola next to the orange trees are ideal for cool, relaxing moments. Our little friends will love the wide outdoor area of the villa, since they can play and run in safety always under the supervision of their parents of course. During the evening, when the lights are turned on, the whole pool and garden space transforms into a place full of colours!

You will feel special at the Ostria Villa. The service is excellent, while the amazing hostess takes care of the visitors, satisfying any wish or need. As a first pleasant surprise, Dianne in order to welcome you, offers you a rich gift of plenty food and goods, till you do your own shopping.

Furthermore, in the bathroom you will find all the necessary items of personal cleanliness (shampoo, shower gel, body cream) together with soft bathrobes and slippers.

In addition the Villa Ostria offers free of charge:
• Free wi-fi with full coverage in both the indoor and outdoor areas of the house.
• A washing machine and a dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the utility room next to the kitchen while all the necessary detergents are available.
• A large safety box in each bedroom for the computer and your valuable items
• Free parking area for your car in the courtyard of the villa.
The Ostria Villa is equipped with CCTV cameras outdoors, while the front door has a special mechanism opening in-house only on your own command. In addition, you have a camera door phone being able that way to check out who's asking you through the house. (Dianne will provide you with full instructions upon your arrival).

Dianne and the cleaning staff take care of your daily cleanliness making sure that the work does not break the enjoyment of your holiday. You are advised that cleaning usually takes place from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Linen and towels are changed every third day but also, earlier, if necessary. To freshen your clothes, you can use the ironing equipment (iron and ironing board) available in the utility room.

The Villa Ostria is also in cooperation with many excursion services, car and bicycle rental, facials, gymnastics, massage, medical and cooking services. Also, if you wish something special like a meal or a cake for an anniversary, birthday etc, the hostess will make sure you have the most enjoyable one on the island!
In order to answer all your questions for a harmonious stay, you will find the detailed rules for the operation of the villa in a special folder. Of course you will also be informed by Dianne herself.

ACCESS
You are welcome to use all the interior and exterior areas of the Villa Ostria freely at your convenience. You are kindly requested to avoid anything that would damage the accommodation or cause yourself an accident. Also, please keep your music at a decent level, especially during the siesta hours. In case you wish to throw a party or have another special event you should inform the hostess not only to agree to it, but also to help you organize the best party you have ever had.

GARDEN-PARKING
The beautiful area of the Villa Ostria comfortable, bright and hospitable gives the sense of relaxation from the first moment. Dianne, the superb hostess welcomes you with a smile discreetly being next to you during your stay. You are free to call her whenever you need her help, she will be with you immediately to give you any information or offer her services!

Transfer
If you wish to visit more distant areas, it is preferable to have your own vehicle or rent one. The Villa Ostria also works with a rental company with direct availability in a car or a small luxury van for any destination you want (contact your hostess for more information). You can be served by the local taxis too. For shorter distances or if you want to wander around your "neighbourhood" you can take a walk or even use a bicycle.
